This process prepares the glass for the adhesion of glass sealant in the primary and secondary sealing stages. Machine automatically controls the correct face of the sheet and then removes the film along the perimeter edge. It removes Low-E file along the perimeter edge.

Any dust or particle debris is immediately evacuated and removed from the cycle via two high powered extraction ducts. Machine comes with variable conveyor length options.
